Diving on momaral weekend.

Went diving on Sunday and Monday, Sunday I met up with fellow member joebob at 6 am at jenner store. We then headed up the coast to Ocean Cove as we made the turn we could se the wonderful treat in store for us. Wow tit was some of the nicest water I have seen in awhile. Well we lauched his zody and headed north to a place we call the football feid. To only find a lot of big 8 1/2 incher and some freindly seals. So back in the boat and off to another spot about 3 miles north. diped back in and look around for awhile but no tens. Joe manged to pull a 9 5/8 and I shot a nice Kelpgreenling. back boat to go when we went to pull the anchor it would not budge. So back in the water I went to retrive it. Made great time getting ther and getting back we were averaging a good 25 to 26 mph. That was Sundays dive. Monday decided to take the wife out for her frist dive of the season and once again even better dive condition. The water was laying like a lake and had a solid 12 to 15 feet vis. Took the wife up to Horse Shoe Cove. We dove for about 3 hours just enjoying the nice calm water and sceanery. She managed to get her limit or 8 to 81/2 incher aand while she was hunting I was bizzy taking picture and shooting fish. I ended up with a nice 18 inch Kelpgreenling, 1 nice sun perch, 1 alright rock fish and one blue rock fish as well as 3 5 inch rock crabs. I chose not to take any abs due to not finding that ten incher and the fact that I already have nine on my card and there is still a lot of season left. So in all It was another great day.
