Van Damme Ab Delight!

World famous Ab recipe!

RECIPE:
Slice and pound abs into steaks and dip into egg and cracker crumbs.
On top of a slice of ab place a smaller piece of green chilli and a slice of white cheese [ monterrey jack - swiss - gouda, etc.]
Cover with another slice of breaded ab.
Press firmly with spatula to secure together.
Heat 1/8" of oil til a drop of water sizzles.
Place ab sandwich in oil, you may have to hold down in pan to keep ab from curling.
Turn over and cook another 15 seconds, drain on paper towels.

Serve and enjoy!!
