Abalone fishing lures/wobblers

I just ran into this guy on the Fishsniffer forums:

As you can see, he makes lovely fishing lures and wobblers out of abalone shells and is looking for more people to donate whole shells (sans parasitic holes) to his cause. He will give you some lures and polish a whole shell for you if you desire. He is a retired gentleman in the midwest who used to live along our coast and does this for a hobby. dude.. i have boxes and boxes of shells he can have. i tried to email him but looks like i gotta be a registered user or subscriber or something.. i got confused.. shoot him over my email and ill be more than happy to get him some shells..ill start digging and put aside those that have few parasitic holes in em.
