Camping Classic

Ingredients:
Abalone, flour & egg (may also want bread crumbs)
Instructions:
1. Slice Abalone in pieces about 1/4 inch thick
2. Pound with a meat pounder till tender (preferably use a pounder made of wood),
do not pound to much or abalone will tear.
3. Flour the Abalone
(flour will allow the egg to stick to the abalone, we use flour in a bag and shake)
4. Egg your abalone (we choose to place egg in a bowl and dip)
5. (May add bread crumbs or seasoning)
6. Butter Pan and Cook till golden
